Property Tax Reconsideration – Deadline is March 31, 2015

In light of the activities on December 5, 2014 in our community, property market values may have suffered a reduction in value and as a result you may be entitled to a reduction in your property taxes.  To assist our Members and community, please use the form below to expedite your “Request for Reconsideration” to Municipal Property  Assessment Corporation (MPAC).  To be considered for the up coming year please submit your information prior to the March 31, 2015 deadline.

UPDATE:  As the deadline has passed to submit “Requests for Reconsideration”, the form has been removed.
