In February 2018, FOCA and the Ontario Onsite Wastewater Association (OOWA) launched a formal Request for Review through the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario, to challenge the current management and maintenance protocols under the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, and the Ontario Building Code.
